This blog works in conjunction with the parent site, OWClist.com. Owclist.com was started as a result of the sub-prime mortgage meltdown and built around the concept that there are banks that can lend you money to purchase a property, and there is the property owner that could lend you the money as well. Property owners are usually very familiar with their properties, and many of them like the solid asset backed returns they can receive on their investments. These types of deals are called “Owner Will Carry” or OWC for short. We just want to bring buyers and sellers together.
